HAs anyone seen it today it was down looks about it falls to her middle back.
Few men are killed by the bayonet;many are scared by it.Bayonets should be fixed when the fire fight starts.General George Patton Jr.,War As I Knew It,1947.
I think she will cut it. I could be remembering this
incorrectly, but I thought I read that she was going to
let it grow 10 inches before she cut and donated it.
But as far as keeping it long, normally I don't think
news networks like their anchors with long hair so I
doubt she will keep any significant length.

Well Then someone should get the that to all the networks because if you look of late there are a quite a few that are growing it out.

I tune into the Today Show pretty regularly and check out Ann Curry. Every morning, she seems to have her hair in a bun or have it tied back behind her head. I can't remember the last time she left it hanging. That being said, it looks great when she turns toward the monitor or toward her partners in the show.
Today was a longhair bonanza. Not only was Ann Curry doing the news, this year's Today Show bride to be was on -- with her hip-length hair. Yes, I taped the show.
Here's Ann from today's Today, looking longer than ever (Ann's on the left with the darker hair):
Well, now that she's also co-hosting "Dateline NBC" in the evening, her bosses might not be in favor of such a drastic hair hack. On the other hand, as I have said in the past, I wouldn't put it past them to use it as a ratings ploy.

On Today's show they did a makeover segment where someone cut off 15 inches of hair and donated it to Locks of Love. After the segment, Al made a comment to Ann "that's a lot of hair to cut off, but you know about that." Ann said "i haven't cut mine yet but will at some point." The waiting game continues.

If there is a "waiting" game being played, include me out! Yes, Ann and her hair are looking more gorgeous than ever. With any luck, Ann may now be aware of the unsavory questions surrounding Locks of Love, and may have decided to keep her hair where it belongs - attached to HER! (lol)
I will never understand how anyone could be anxious to see such spectacular tresses disappear. It would be incredibly sad! Bob

I respectfully disagree with you, arch94. Ann is one of the very few newscasters who wears a bun on a regular basis. I happen to think buns are very sexy and would be quite sad to see her get her hair cut.

Bob S I agree it will be a great tragedy when Ann gets her cut. Just love all that great hair she's grown, hopefully it'll be alot longer yet before she has this tragedy done. Hopefully we'll see it waist length. Can only hope

I don't think so maybe she wants to see it that lenght just once before she cuts it? She don't have too much to go. I would say maybe by the Nov?

Harley, you are *assuming* a "tragedy" which may never happen. I predict it will not. It must be obvious to Ann that her long locks have transformed her into a diva. Why would this Cinderella wish to hasten midnight?
As for Fatmoogas and Mike, sounds as if you are *anxious* to attend Arch's party of gloom! (lol) Bob

Bob S Yes I'm Assuming. Hopefully it won't happen. If does maybe only the 10 inches it takes but no more. Sounded she'd miss her long locks if happenes
