Hey all! Hope all is well. I was wondering what is the purpose of getting a hot oil treatment? I currently have relaxed hair, and I was wondering is it safe to use for relaxed tresses? How often should one get a hot oil treatment? Is it mandatory, or just a form of deep conditioning? Thanks 4 the info! God bless
