Ok, so Im not big on human hair so I dont know that much about ordering it.  I was thinking of ordering a pound of hair from indianhairs, and I was wondering if it comes in any different colors?  I see a place to order but no color info.

(edit) OHOH on the remy double drawn bulk... it doesnt give me a hair texture

I suppose I should be more specific.  I want a pound of remy double drawn hair, when I get to the checkout I have no options to choose color or texture.  I dont want a pound of kinky curly salt&pepper hair, ya know?

P.S. I would order from rk but I dont see double drawn remy.  I'll even take a machine weft.

On Indianhairs.com you can only order natural dark colors.

There is no way to chose a color... But you can bleach the hair and make your own color.

RK's double drawn hair is not remy, so it will tangle

Yeah well...I'm wearing RK double drawn non remy going on 4 weeks and it has yet to tangle. I wash it every other day and have dyed it twice. Had the whole shebang reinstalled today and it looks good as new.

I've washed my RK non-remy many times and have been wearing it as clip-ins every day. It's as soft and tangle-free as the day I got it.

Hahaha!

Ya know, I saw some girl get her chops busted over on BHM for saying a hair was fabulous and then someone ordered it and thought it was crap. Like the gal shoulda put a disclaimer on her original post or something.

Some report the RK won't curl for them. Curls just fine for me. Some say it's rough without shine. That hasn't been my experience.

I'm never shocked anymore when something works for one and not another. I have a batch of ebonyline that was sent to me that "would not curl." This is what it did when I put a regular curling iron to it. Some can color hair with no problem. Give me the same tools and the same directions and this is what mine looks like.

What can ya do, yanno? Ya just throw your money out there and hope something good comes back to you.

Still a bit confused as to wether this has a cutile or not. Weather you click the cutile free or the other choices you end up at the same page to buy. Dose any one know wether this is cutile hair that has just been colored or striped of cutile and colored?

AMM , u got the straight hair right? I'd like to know any product tips you have for RK hair.  I ordered RK deep wavy and superwavy, so what works for you might not work for me.. but mine is tangling a bit. And i'm willing to try any tips from an "RK-experienced one" such as yourself.
TIA

lmao, Ive just had too many bad expireances with non remy hair.

I too have two packets of 613 Kate.  I haven't had time to wash it though to see if that makes a difference.  I can't see it doing to be honest.  I've definitely wasted $100 on it but hey never mind it was worth trying.  I really wish I'd got a darker colour cos its really put me off the RK.  I daren't waste another $100 trying another colour now xx I agree Kalika, I'd definitely go with the remy hair x

yea amanda, from amms experinece id say it was just 613 :( which sucks because the 22 is lighter than my 613 anyway :( I may sell the left over weft i have on ebay or something as i only put one weft of RK, and one of some old crappy hair in..

Tell you what, Kalika. I have four packs of #2 24" double drawn straight. I've lightened my other RK hair before with Kaliedecolors lightener and it's turned out gorgeous. If you wanna try some first, I'll sell you a pack if you want to check it out before you order it.
$50 including shipping. (It was $75 for 2 packs + $40 shipping so half of 75, 1/4 of 40 and shipping to you. 50 bucks).
It is super long and no splits or thin ends. Thick for the full length. The weft itself is 34" long and it weighs 3.9 oz on my digital scale.
I don't want my butt kicked.

Actually, this offer is for anyone who wants to try. I'm not trying to offload this hair cuz I plan to use it someday anyway, but I have a lot of it.

Marie, yes this hair still has its cuticle.

All the hair I've bought from RK has been straight double drawn. All
of it is double drawn and none of it is what I would call straight. With
some scrunchy product, I can kick it up to a french refined.

The majority of it is #14 and #12. I have noticed on the RK color ring
that #22 & #613 are not as soft as the darker colors. For whatever
that's worth.

There was a glitch with my last order but the Pre Curl and the
Bodywave will be arriving any day now. I'll post pics when they come
in. I fully expect and anticipate something a little less than what I
have. After all, it's taken yet another processing technique to get it to
the texture and color I'm looking for.

Really, I don't do anything special to it. I wash it every day with
Loma Pearatin Hydrating Creme and condition it with Feria from
Sally's and let it air dry. I curl it daily with an iron to match my own
hair and then it gets a blast of Back To Basics Firm Hold Spritz
(sunflower, calendula & chamomile) to hold it all in place. That's it.

I washed the 22 I bought from RK yesterday. It did feel mushy when wet. but this morning it feels softer than my dark hair. My bag of #4 just dosen't have any sillky feel to it. It's better than day one but I still perfer Bohyme or EP. I am letting a client who has a bit of curl and is short on cash use the other bag of #4  (installing on Monday)I need another opion so I will see what she thinks. I see now that Indianhairs is now useing the same payment and shiping methods as RK. I think my next one will be with virgin and I will color it myself. Can't wait : )

It seems like its hit and miss with lighter colors of RK. The 2 wefts of #22 I have feel different. One is softer than the other. And the #14 is softer than the #22. I installed the #22 and it is definitely a bit tangly. Not knotty, matted tangles by any means. Just a bit tangly in the bottom 5 inches(or so). Also it tends to get tangly in the back underneath, where it lays on my back. The hair is not silky soft, but it does feel softer now than it did at first. Ive switched products that Im using and it does feel better. But there is no way that I would be able to get a comb through it after washing if I didnt put a load of conditioner on it. Thats strange that it feels better now than it did the first few washes.

I really wish that I could work out something with my Korean supplier, that is the best hair Ive ever used. It is really nice hair. But I have to buy such LARGE quantities now to make it affordable.
