everyone on the forum has given very good advice regarding hair growth, care, and maintenance..i have to work to keep what i do have, and am always taking note, or remembering verbatim...

One person had posted with proof that aphogee deep conditioner works well for hair..and the photos are amazing..I decided to look this deep conditioner up (review-wise), and was kind daunted at comments about aphogee's smell..these were posts on other hair care sites..I kind of backed off from buying it, and bought joico k pak (generic) instead..

i changed my mind and decided to buy aphogee online from folica.com, it's hard to find where i live..and used it two days ago..i can't believe the difference!  and am glad i tried it...i was ready for a horrible smell to come wefting out of the bottle..and...it wasn't bad at all...i work in the medical field..believe me, aphogee is nothing..

i'm glad i followed and still follow the instructions on healthy hair growth on this forum..i try to keep heat at a minimum, wash and condition (deep condition) 1 -2 times a week, don't use "grease" on my hair, moisturize and stay healthy..thanks again..

I still couldn't get the wrap style down, gawd know's i've tried, but there were wonderful suggestions on it..and found hair rollers work just as well...(that was another suggestion from the forum)...
