My hair is falling out a lot when I shower and brush it. I'm careful not to be rough with it but it still comes out! What could this be and how can I stop it?

How much are you losing? The average person sheds about 100 hairs a day.

Sometimes it only seems like we're losing more hair, because our strands are getting longer.
