i don't know about you guys but Stevie Nicks hair looks as fake as Mariah Carey's hair

Well Stevie may enhance with extensions but Mariah is really into state of the art with her hair.  Not only did Mariah at one point work in a salon (she only lasted a short time there) she built a full service hair salon in her own home complete with back shampoo bar and styling stations.  Mariah is really into her hair and didn't want to leave her home to have it done, so she built her own professional salon so that the stylists would come to her.
That which doesn't kill you makes you stronger or drives you totally insane. :-)
