do yall shampoo n conditioner cuz i do n my friends say not to do it cuz it can mess up ya waves over time. i dont wanna stop n get dried up dandruff hair. but what da best shamp n conditioner to use wen havin waves

i jus shampoo it really dont mata if u dont use conditioner both gets the job done

ne shampoo will do i think i use garnier fructis fortifying cream conditioner n my deep carrot conditioner i alternate every other day

i do tat and my waves are still da same as before i washed them

so i say u could shampoo n condition it, but use a brush when u do

oh yeah shampoo'n will wash out ya natual oils n will hair dry but u can condition errr day if u want aint no harm n dat

i wash with shampoo like once every 1-2 weeks, i know thats bad but i brush in the shower with my head under the water everyday, that keeps my hair clean and dandruff free.

IF you are going to use shampoo you should always follow with a conditioner to replenish the oils and minerals that was removed from your hair.

HOWEVER, you can just wash your hair with conditioner as much as you want as long as you clarify (shampoo) it out eventually.  For example, wash with conditioner 3 times a week, use shampoo 1 time week (preferably on the weekend). They are called conditioner washes, no poo and co-washes...key words to use in the search engine for more research.

im now using the free olive cream conditioner and the carrot cream conditioner, im realy liking it and might even buy they bigger one when the free stuff runs out.
