Hello Ladies!
I'm currently a college student looking for ways to make (legal) money on the side. I know how to do weaves of all sorts (my mommy is a cosmetologist so I grew up watching her). I know I can offer low prices to gain customers, but I need to know how should I advertise? How do I gain clientele?

You need to check your state laws....most states require a license to do weaves or extension services legally. The laws vary by state so check with your state board of cosmotology. You can get in serious trouble if you do it illegally.

thanks sherrie! It's legal to do services as long as you inform the client that you're not licensed. I cant do it out of a salon, though. I need to check the rules about advertising. It seems the only thing I can do is get clients by word of mouth
