As far as doing anything that might worsen it, stressing about it most
likely isn't helping :) I know it's scary and will freak you out,
but try to at least relax.
If it is stress, then it probably will improve later after you are over
the event you were stressed about. Though, hair loss can also be
caused by traumatic/stressful events that happened many months ago, but
it shouldn't be permanent, and it should grow back just fine.
However, if it is something other than stress -nutrition, medical
conditions, etc- it most likely will not grow back until you get the
problem fixed.
Sorry if I'm not much help. I hope all goes well :)

Hey everyone, my question is probably a very common quesiton. Here we go.. Im a 17 year old male with long hair.. It seems to me that my hair has been thinning a lot lately. I used to have really thick hair, and over time it has gotten significantly thinner. It hasnt quite gotten to the point where it looks thin but im afraid it will get to that point. I realize that it is normal to lose 50-100 hairs a day, but i lose that much every single day. There is never a day where my hair doesnt fall out a lot. It seems like my hair thinned out a lot over the summer. Lately my hair feels thinner than usual, it feels thinner everyday. Maybe i am thinking about it too much, i dont know, but it DOES bother me a lot. I dont think i am going bald because i dont really have any signs of balding, just an overall thinning. So my question is, do you think my hair will improve over time? and what could i be doing wrong that might be causing my hair to fall out more?
