I meant that first of all you'll need bleach, wella wellite creamlite is a good bleach. Developer is a thing/chemical that you mix the bleach with to activate it.

Level 9 = very light blonde

Check out http://www.sallybeauty.com/shop/swatches/colorcharm/cc_perm. html

Diffrent levels are just a way of desribeing how dark the haircolor is.

At the moment I think I'm gonna leave it. I have pushed as far as I dare to go.

I think I'm going to let it rest for a while now.

Sorry but I have no idea what you mean by that. Level 9?

So where do you want to go from now?

Do you wanna go even lighter, tone to light brown or stay the color you are now ?

If you dare to bleach your hair again, I'd suggest that you get wella wellite creamlite and 20 vol developer, and bleach the hair for up to 90 minutes (or as long as you dare to, to try to reach yellow)

Then you should use a level 9 toner to get rid of brasiness, and you might also consider putting in very light blonde highlights after that to make the hair appear even lighter :)

Remember I asked how to turn blond several months ago?

Today my bfriend helped me and here I am. I am a little orange in the bottom from an orange color that didn't go away to much but I like it. I didn't think I could get this light.

(should say it looks less yellow in real life)
