I need serious color help

Okay..here goes

I have African American hair.  The first color put in was a warm brown i think...anyway it left a bad red undertone.  We tried to fix it with a color remover which we didn't know was bleach!! The bleach only removed all the color from the roots and the ends were left reddish (this is mainly beacause we panicked with the bleach and rinsed it out quickly)  We then did a rinse of Brown with ash undertone to try to darken it.  Well it darkened but the roots were greenish.  In an absolute tissy we put another permanant warm brown in to just cover everything until we got help.  We did conditon well through all of it and still are.  BUT what can i do to correct the color because I now have light roots, red undertones in the middle, and too dark almost black ends.

please, please help with any advice on what to do next.
