I have never straightened my hair in my life and don't want to (too careful of my long hair lol)  However, my sister has recently been given a pair of ghd straighteners and wants me to straighten her hair for her. Any help you could give me?  Her hair is fairly short and has big loose pretty curls. Thanks!

Apply a good heat protectant like Redken Heat Glide, and  divide the hair into sections. The more you do it, the better you'll get at it.
