I saw a post a while back showing how to use a small flat iron to acheive the "spiral"/curly look (sorry cant remember the post). It was very similar to what Oprah is wearing right now. I'm thinking this is probably a weave she is wearing now too, but it is very cute.
Oprah has a team of stylists do her hair / makeup daily, and it takes several hours. They do a great gob. I love this soft curl look she wears now. Just beautiful.
You can probably achieve similar results with a roller set and then just rake your fingers through a bit (to eliminate obvious parts / roller lines) and let curls fall naturally. I do this then put my hair in a high, loose ponytail (after rollersetting and also when I go to sleep) and this keeps the curls for days. They just get a little looser ea day. I add a little moisturizer and a dab of oil daily.
One more thing to add, Oprah's hair, whethter a weave or not, is cut beautifully. A really good cut makes a big difference. The hair falls at all the right angles and layers perfectly.

I may be wrong but I think the curly style she's wearing now is a weave. Her real hair is very pretty and healthy looking though. I read the book by her stylist called Andre Talks Hair and it tells a little about her regimine and how he cares for her hair.
Has anyone noticed how beautiful Oprah's hair always looks? I really wonder what her hair care regiment is. I currently have natural hair that is pressed. What would be the best way for me to achieve the curly look that Oprah has? Because my hair isn't relaxed I can't do a wet set.
