i ordered on friday and i thought they sounded odd.. it was dead noisy... they said they didnt have any thermofibre in but they would get some this week and post my odere out.

 

but im wondering if that was beforeor after the fire cos if it was after thenthat should be fine... but if it was before.. i guess my hair aint coming for a few weeks atleast...

I'm not sure but maybe if you ask/PM the person who originally
posted the informaton they might know.

Listen, everytime I've dealt with AD, the thermo was always "next
week" or they always got the wrong shipment from their supplier or
they were always out of the color even when I gave out half a dozen
options of very common colors. Know what? AD can go screw. Some
sort of problem with them has been experienced by just about
everyone who tries to get something. Their web site has been
promising for years --I mean YEARS-- to go to online ordering and
they can't get their act together on that one either. I hate slamming a
company but when service is consistently bad on every attempt, I
write them off. Shame because their Black Book is hair porn to me.

You know the fire was labeled "suspicious" so I would call them
today and check the status. If that hair wasn't phycically on
the way, I'd personally get my credit card to reimburse me asap.

I have to agree with Amm....Ive been waiting forever for their online store...they can just never seem to get their act together. I was involved in a group order on this board too that fell apart cause they couldnt get it together with their stock. Its a shame....I want that AD thermofiber!

I haven't ordered from them before, but I sent an inquiry e-mail this
morning and got a prompt response that they were taking orders. (we'll
see if they are filling them!) Does the thermofibre come in any wave
textures, does anyone know. And i does hold curl through washings?
Why not have a great hair day???

I know the AD thermo comes in a few different textures, I just dont remember what they are. If the AD is anything like the Wawa..the straight was wonderful but the bodywave was CRAP!

Id be interested in knowing if the curl holds up through washing like the Wawa....

ok...I just dug out my AD catalog...your right kirsty...the wefts are only shown in silky straight. But the catalog also has 50 strand packs of keratin tipped hair in silky straight, soft wave, and deep wave.
