Help me !!!

i need a help ...i have just started rebonding ..i have done 3 clients n result came nice..

i wanna know ...how imp is to put boards when we put 1st cream application ..is it really imp or we can achieve da same result without boards also ?? norammy wat i do is ... 1st shampoo then i put porosity balancern  do proper blow dry n then i take 4 sections n put 1st cream application by taking small section but i use boards at da nape area n at front also ...then after processing time i just rinse off hair with water n then 1st i give cold air to dry hair n then again i do proper blow dry n then proper iron n then i put neutriliser dat time i use boards at nape n front section hair also i put all behind while this process...n after 10 min ..i again rinse off hair n then dry hair...

so my question is ... how imp is boards ?? then how imp is blow dry before 1st application n before neautriliser?? then porosity balancer can use on towel dry hair or have to use on dry hair after blow dry n again little bit dry ?? n neautrilser processing time why only 15 min if i put it for 20/25 min wat will happen ?? plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me ...i have to know all this answers ...
