You have chemical burns. Its normal to have some discomfort from the bleach. But what they did to you is crazy.Go back and complain to the salon.Obviously you dont want anymore chemicals on your head until it heals. So I myself would ask for a refund.

I'm sorry to hear that your scalp was damaged.

Get aloe gel and put it on your scalp, It makes the sores heal faster. As well as it makes the scalp itch less :)

I also think you should go back and try to get your money back..

No I would not wash it for a few days!!!!  Try neosporin cream to help heal the sore too....also try not to pick at it cause that will make it worse. Oh I'm sorry this happened.

You need to see a dermatologist or the doctor to examine the burn on ur scalp. Oh yeah, if i were u would avoid any harsh shampoos atleast until it gets better...so sorry to hear abt this

Get some L'ANZA Magic Bullet Spray in Conditioner for your hair and use it daily. It repairs damaged over processed hair and it's a wonderful product. A 4.2 oz bottle is about $15.00 but it's well worth it. You have severely damaged hair and if you don't deep condition your hair more breakage can occur. Any chemical process pulls moisture out of the hair strand. You need to put that moisture back into the hair strand to help improve the condition of the hair. I can't believe someone would leave something on someone's head for that amount of time. It's totally insane!!! You are lucky you aren't BALD and I'm totally serious. You should at least get some free deep conditioning treatments from the salon you went to that's crazy.

You might even have a lawsuit against them....with chemical burns on your scalp. You should raise HOLY HELL and hold that salon and stylist accountable for what they did....TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

G'luck
