People.... My hair is nearly this long now... i've got black hair. I didn't really have long hair before in my life... but now i do.

How do i get a hair style like this? I've got curly hair (but its not curly, curly... you know like if you touch it too much then it curls up kinda thing!), same facial tone.

Any tips on how i can get this style?... And i am thinking about highlighting my hair as well... is that a good idea?

I really need some suggestions!
