any one else enjoy getting perms?

just curious if any one loves to get their hair permed , i know i do . the lat on i got was on pink and gey with yellow and blue . it was my first full perm ever.  the girl who did it used synerfusion  by matrix and it came out great ...

I don't know if I like the rolling best, the sitting under the dryer knowing I am getting curled, or the fianl result best. I just love the entire process from thinking about it, setting the appointment to walking out and smelling my hair.

Time to bring this one back.  I remember one perm I had that ws over the top. The woman i wne to would schedule me for the end of the day when it was quiet.  i was happily sitting there, getting rolled, she was about 3/4 done when the door opened and in walked one of the local busy bodies.  She sat down and then realized I was getting a perm.  She stood after she took her time making an appintment for next week, and looked at me,  smiled said goodbye and left. i ws mortified until the next day, i ran right into this woman, and she said..Love the curls.. you need to keep it, i wish My husband would.

I was the same I loved to the whole precess, including having my hair set afterwards. Unfortunately male pattern baldness spoiled the fun. I do colour my hair blonde now so still enjoy some of the fun, but too short for rollers.
