I dont have alot of faith in most products that claim
to stop breakage becuz for the past month since i
began checking my ends( it mustve been breaking
forever b4 that too) i would notice those awful bent
and broken hairs every single time i checkd!!! even if
it was 3 times in one daytheyd just seem to appear
there!! but since using Emergencee on Sunday I
have gone all week checking and found maybe 4
even after brushing and pulling it back,, this stuff
could be my miracle product ! if it stops breakage
this throroughly then i should be able to grow my hair
to its maximum length no problem ,, im gona use
it faithfully every 2 weeks then maybe once a month
even though the lady at Nexxus said once breakage
stops u can stop using it altogether but always use it
b4 any chemicals,, anyhoo if u are experiencing
breakage and ur afraid of Aphogee like me,, try
Emergencee, I doubt u'll be dissapointed....
Hair type: 3b some c?, fine strands, last relaxer sept 05, never again!!! current :ap length on sides,,nearly bsl in back, damn those old frazzled ends! I am hair OBSESSED

Hi Cookiesncream!!!! How are you? I am so glad you posted this because I was 2 second's away from purchasing this stuff but turned away for God knows what! I'm glad you liked it. I think I'll have to stop at Meijer's and grab a bottle for myself! Thanks for the review!

breaking and breaking and i was too timid to try any
for fear id make it worse,, but I am so so glad i did,,,
but be very sure to follow direcs ,, i notice many ppl
on boards didnt follow them properly( u do need to
shampoo with a moisturizing sham AFTER the
treatment also,)

Do you know if Sally's carries this?  I'm trying to figure out where it might be sold in my area.  I used Nutress Hair protein packs the last time I washed and I like the results from that.  It's what I used to transition with.  I hope you keep seeing great results from Nexxus.

I think Sally's carry the knockoff brand. JC Penny salon's carry it as well as Trade Secrets and Ulta salons and stores. Where I live the Super Walmart's salons carry it as well.

I'm not sure whether Sallys carries it or not, I bought
it in an Asian Beauty Supply Store thats strictly in
NYC,, u could definitely order offline though.... I used
it again 2 weeks in succession and I have
experienced NO DRYNESS or hardnesss, just the
same great results and no breaking ,, again i
applied my hair mask after shampooing the
Emergencee out,, i had to use soooo much less
than usual, it kinda freaked me out,, like i had
someone elses hair LOL but i suppose the
hair was just holding so much moisture it didnt need
it......

I've used Emergencee in the past and it does work really well.  I'm going to purchase it again and use it.  I don't have alot of breakage, so I won't use much of it, but it does work.

Hey honeydoo.  Thanks, I think I will be making a trip to Ulta soon so I'll check there.  That store is awsome.  I was running around in there like a kid in a candy store.

Thanks cookie.  Lol, I know that feeling.  After using the maxiglide I still feel like I have someone else's hair on my head.

I'm not sure how often you should use it.  If it has a lot of protein in it I wouldn't over do it because that could cause problems.  Maybe once a month.  When I was transitioning I used protein treatments or deep conditioned pretty much every 2 weeks because I wanted my  hair to be extra strong while I was dealing with the two textures but now I probably do it once a month and deep condition afterwards.

Ok thanx,,,i feel as tho my hair is in a transitional
stage right now becuz i have 2 diff relaxers in it ,, then
natural for a few inches and i think the 2 diff relaxers
are the part thats breaking so ill do it once every 2
weeks ,, im so tempted to continue it for a 3rd week
in succession but ill try to resist lol
