if you know about hair...i need your help

so i got this semi-dark ceasar today right...and the back of my head is textured diff (just noticed) so its cut diff...it kinda-ish looks like i have patches or iit was cut wrong...the barber said it was the texture change (new barber-wasnt home)...any one have sugesstions on how to change the texture of your hair or fix it? lol

PS: what's the best pomade/moisurizter...im not feelin the beeswax i been using...i used pink lotion for my moisturizer n i guess its been good? but any suggestions? shae butter/lets jame-any reviews on 'em?
