I want hair like this

and This because I know for sure this isn't his natural hair..

But I have hair like this....

But about 2-3 inches longer....

 

So is their any way to acheive the style I want (Curls/Afro) like the two first pics about the way I want with my texture of hair with a perm etc... Or am I just out of luck?
