Hi ladies..I was just checkin in after being away since halloween and I had HOPED that someone had finally found the PERFECT method for extensions...Looks like that has not happened yet...Poop. I am still on the fence about puttinf my wefts back in..it was kinda uncomfortable (even with a microtrack and no braided rows)..but it looks so nice and added so much bulk to my hair..why can't there be something that is truly the most harmless, easy, cost efficient and durable way to add in hair? No glues, no fusion, no tracks, no metal clips...Oh, in a perfect world...in a perfect world we would all have wonderful long flowy hair that took any color and cut and grew back every month...we can dream, I suppose.
I used to CURSE the universe for giving me the pitiful hair I was born with! I was also naive enough to believe that women/models/actresses with thick, lustrous hair were actually born with it.
...until that fateful day in 1990 when a secret was revealed to me...that there was such a thing as hair extensions. And that yes, even white people wore them but only in secret.
I think the very fact that the technology exists, good and bad, is the greatest blessing ever. I will join you in the Ultimate Happy Dance the day we discover the Perfect Method, but until then, I'll just keep using my same old methods and trying new ones and being happy to wake up with thick hair, however it's attached.

What a wonderful day it was for me also, but I had to wait untill 2002 when somebody finally clued me in!!!
I was infected by the extension virus in march. It happened like
this: One day I wore a hairpiece. A friend saw me and asked if I was
wearing extensions. Wow! That was the keyword and from this moment on I
was infected. The solution for all my hair problems!!! Coming home I
spent the rest of the night searching the whole web for informations.
As I discovered there are methods to diy, I decided to try it. From
this day on I am searching for the extensionist`s holy grail.
Imagine, 37 years of lost time and every single day was a bad hair
day!! I was very jealous of people with long thick hair - all this lost
time in front of the mirror trying to create something that looked kind
of a hairstyle.
It is a blessing that I have the possibility to wear that long
wonderful hair I ever dreamt of. And it is much less work, the hair
looks good in every situation without spending whole days in front of
the mirror....
Until the perfect method comes along, I would like to share something with you that may be of assitsance - you see - every morning when I wake up - I see beautiful hair! I sit in front of "my" mirror and smile to myself and say "DAMN! I look great!"
PM me for details - I may be offering these soon. I am happy to say it comes in only the finest quality hair!! It is available in all lenghts, textures, and styles.... and the best feature of all.... no shedding, glue, beads, tapes, rings, or braids and absolutely NO damage to your own hair
P.S.... Only takes mere minutes to change - no more hours in a chair with cramped arms and a sore butt

w/Syren.... The full-length version is still in "research and development" ... I can put you on an email notification list if they become available LOL
I have to keep my sense of humor otherwise I will be crying for years for the amount of money spent on my "whimpy hair syndrome"
Honestly, I'm just happy that these methods do exist, even if they
ain't perfect. How else would I, with wimpy thin chin-length straight
hair, have mid-back-length curly black, white, and red hair? Not to
mention the sheer amount of other weird stuff I've had in my hair- foam
and plastic, for instance. Try gettin' that naturally!
