My hair grows in a really weird way...when it's styled it doesn't look
nearly so bad as these pictures, but that's how it looks when it gets
out of check like after a shower. My question is, is there any hope for
me (maybe with a decent stylist)?
It doesn't look that bad, actually. Something you could consider is growing it longer (like rock star length) so that you can tie it back. Other than that, you can comb it to death while it's wet, put a hat on it until it is dry, and over time, your hair's roots will usually conform.
