No worries to be shy, everybody likes to be attractive :P Anywho, I think that you should grow out your hair and make it long, then use something like wax for that matted look. It would suit your face shape. Also if you get it dyed or colored a brown color, it would suit your skin tone as well. If long is not for you, then I suggest that you get it razor cut for that messy look. Good luck!

^ You would have to let it grow a bit longer so you can get it razor cut. Use any type of wax or hair putty on damp hair and blow dry.
