Exercise is important to live a healthy and wealthy life. Exercise is best way to maintain our body and get a perfect body fitness. It is good way to reduce our weight and burn unnecessary fat. There are different types of exercise but mostly people prefer to normal exercise.

Walking is the best exercise in the world.Walk 5km once in day.As,it is much beneficial for the health & if it is possible then do cycling too.I hope you will take a positive decision for this.

Now a days, fat, weight, cholesterol are the major problems found easily for all the ages. We should control these because other major diseases arises like HBP, LBP, diabetes, heart problems.....
