Occasional S&D, diluted vinegar rinse after every S&C (cold water rinse-out of the C),
occasional scalp massages (at least once a week)... nothing
special. Hair seems happy.
I feed it vinegar water after every wash because I have terribly hard water, and sometimes feed it oil in a heavily oiled updo. If my hair were a salad, it'd be very tasty.

I sit down for a long 1/2 hour detangling session with my chechen wood Ric comb. Then I braid it very slowly and curl up for bed. Other than that, there's not much else I do for pampering. I pamper my skin more nowadays
I use to do weekly deep conditioning treatments, but I got lazy and
haven't done them for a while. These days I just use shea butter every
other day and use Giovanni's 50:50 conditioner when I wash my hair. I
love that stuff.

Well sometimes when I go to the spa I decide to have a nice
scalp massage done, I figure why not I’m there anyway and trying to grow my
hair why not increase circulation while I’m at it. I also get conditioning treatments
once a week.

Anyway, here I sit with my 3 weekly henna treatment on my head and I started wondering.......what does everyone else do to pamper their hair on regular basis?
Me, I like to do a special treatment once a week (usually on a Tuesday when the kids are in childcare). I do Cassia Obovata (neutral henna) mixed with yoghurt one week, Amla the next and then Henna the next. It keeps my hair glossy and soft. I love it It's a special treat for me and my hair.
So what do you all do to treat your hair (and yourselves)?
