Has anyone tried these products yet? I heard the products are very good, but I want to know if any of you ladies tried it yet and if so, how did it work for you?
Thanks.

I use the Cantu Grow Strong strengthening treatment w/ Shea butter (no mineral oil/petro). I must say it smells heavenly! It's a creamy leave-in which leaves my hair very soft and strong feeling. Also it's not heavy but a little goes a long way so I apply very sparingly to my roots and ends every other day.

The only thing I use is the Cantu shea butter leave in conditioning repair cream. I like it... it smells really good and is really good on my daughter's hair. I use a little only after washing my hair just so it's easy to comb, along with Sofn'Free n'Pretty Olive Oil Detangler. It's really good too.

^^^^ KBaby, is your daughter natural? I'm looking for something to use on my daughter's natural hair to help soften it. I haven't the Cantu repair cream but wanted to try it for her. I see you use it after washing, but have you tried it on dry hair as well? Oh and I love the Sofn' Free Olive oil detangler too!! I use it on her hair after washing and it detangles great.. especially considering my dau hair is soooo thick and she dislikes getting it combed at all. ~tia~
Hey BrownEyez - yeah, my little one is natural. She's only 23 months so I'm not even thinking about relaxing her hair! Her hair is much curlier and softer than mine, so I don't think I will ever relax it. I do use the Cantu on her hair wet and dry, along with the Olive Oil spray. Her hair is amazingly thick and dry, so I try to keep something in it. It looks a hot mess right now, cause she fell asleep after I washed it! But, yes, I like it in her hair. It only costs about $4 for a big jar. Hope you like it if you decide to get it!

Thanks, KBaby! I actually went ahead and bought it yesterday and just used some on her hair today while combing it (it's a total differentconsistency than the Grow Strong treatment that I have) But it smells great and it really brings out her curls/waves! Also her hair felt so soft after I applied it, but I'm waiting to see how it feels after I take it down tonight and plait it for bed! That's usually when I can tell if a product is really moisturizing her hair or just "sitting on top of it" bcuz her hair is soooo thick it drinks moisture like nothing.

I understand - my daughter's hair is the same way. Between the Olive Oil spray and the Cantu cream, her hair usually stays pretty soft. I hope it does well for her hair! We like it - she wouldn't say so, but it's better than combing with nothing!

Cantu - Shea butter leave in, that's what you all are using
right? I currently don't use a leave-in, but I have been thinking
about purchasing. I am a little apprehensive to try a butter
formula though, as I have tried Hollywood Beauty Carrot Creme and it
dried my hair out. Is this formula very moisturizing, or does it
have any protein in it?
Stacey Dash is my hair idol.

It's very moisturizing for my hair. I'm in transition right now, so moisture is every to me and my hair.

Yep - that's the one! I really like. It's very soft and creamy, not heavy and greasy AND it smells good. I think you'll like it!
