I have used Aphogee and let me tell you ladies, it has changed my whole outlook on protein treatments.  It has caused me to have zero breakage/shedding.  I'm so happy to have used this incredible treatment.

The trick for me is to put the creme in my hair put a plastic cap on and sit under the dryer for 5min. Before I started doing this I felt like it wasn't really working

I've been using Ion Reconstructor, Nutress Hair packs and Lekair Cholesterol Plus for years.  Now I'm using Motions CPR and I love it.

I use a dominican c*cktail of miss keys 10 en 1, rivas silicon mix and emergencia. I add Jherri Rhedding 100% natural protein conditioner(liquid) to this for an extra kick.
