THIS METHOD WORKED GREAT FOR ME I HOPE THIS HELPED YOU OUT CAUSE IT WORKED GREAT FOR ME

YOU WILL NEED:
3 BRUSHES 1 SOFTEE(A MUST) 1 HARD OR MEDIUM BRUSH(DEPENDS ON HAIR TYPE)AND ANOTHER MEDIUM BRUSH
CARROT CREME
LET'S JAM
CREME OF NATURE SHAMPOO
SUAVE CONDTIONER
1 WAVE CAP
1 DU-RAG

I PERSONALLY DO THIS AT NIGHT AND IN THE MORNING

IN THE SHOWER PUT SHAMPOO A MASSAGE IN HAIR USE MEDIUM BRUSH AND BRUSH THE SHAMPOO IN YA HAIR FOR 2-5 MINUTES
THEN APPLY CONDTIONER BRUSH FOR 2-5 MINUTES THE WASH OUT
WHEN OUT OF SHOWER USE SOFTEE AND BRUSH HAIR DRY BUT NOT COMPLETELY LEAVE A LIL MOISTENED
THEN APPLY CARROT CREME BRUSH IN FOR 5-10 MINUTES
AFTER BRUSHING CARROT CREME IN PUT LET'S JAM AND BRUSH FOR 15-20 MINUTES
PUT ON WAVE CAP PULL ON UNTILL SNUG UP TO EYEBROW LENGTH
PUT ON DU-RAG TO EXACT LENGTH OF WAVE CAP TIE TIGHT ENOUGH FOR IT NOT TO FALL OFF BUT LOOSE ENOUGH FOR YOUR BLOOD CIRCULATION CAN CONTINUE.

my meth is very very similar to to but only use carrot creme. and putting the stocking cap on then du rag really works, but most people on this site just use du rag

I LIKE DU-RAGGING BUT I PREFER TO PUT THE WACE CAP THEN THE DU-RAG CUZ IT DON'T LEAVE THOSE DEEP LINES ON YOUR FOREHEAD

doesnt brushing yuor hair using a hard/medium brush cause your hair to become thin.You will start having bald spots
hustlin to get 360 gotta keep on brushing
