When you use Aphogee do you shampoo it out or do you just rinse it out? What kind of moisturizing codtioners do you use afterwards? I bout it today and plan on applying it after I take out me cornrows. TIA.

First thing is to rinse, rinse, rinse it out of your hair, slowly and gently.  What I do is let the water flow in my hair before I even touch it, so that it loosens my hair.  You don't shampoo.  You must shampoo before using the Aphogee.

Then, I use a really creamy moisturizing conditioner like NTM DDC mixed with a little EVOO and honey.  This works really well on my hair.

Hi rising_star, I do my pre-poo and shampoo before using the aphoghee. Depending if my hair has been breaking really bad I sit under a hooded dryer for 2-5 min. Then I rinse it out and condition. Now I have 4a and my hair can take mositure so I use like 4 conditioners after it lol 1. Salerm Wheat germ oil mask 2. kiehls coconut mask 3. kiehls coconut rinse 4. miss keys 10 en 1. I think that probably a rinse and miss keys would probably do the trick but I love my hair mask
