Beauty its in a baby blue srpay bottle and called 'Moisture Shield Conditioner Essential Care' (Leave in hair weakened by daily demands- 200ml ). It should be next to the Essential Care Strenthening Shampoo ( also baby blue bottle. ) The range is new but not so new now and you should be able to get it at any major drug store.

Do post when you find it.

Hi Cookie

Glad you had a better hair week .As long as there is oil coating my hair the Dove mist does work gr8 and gives my hair body. Yes i meant the Wild Growth Oil. It really softens my hair on those dryer days but i don't use too much,, no need to.

Sounds like you have tried loads of stuff to combat dry hair so give this one a go to see if it helps.

Okay Cookie

Thanks for that,, im clearer as admitedly i was puzzled why the mist would make your hair real dry as i had  4 friends use it and say it really softened without that oily feel. Like Taggi says its water based and it does add moisture though .

I find the WGHO softens my hair nicely too so wondering if you tried this if you have not already.

OH NO i think u misunderstood me, i should have
made it clearer,, what i meant was my hair felt like
burnt toast as it always does LOL(ill go edit, dont
want ppl thinking it was from the Dove) i mean it just
didnt make a difference either way,, every week after
a wash my hair feels sooooo dry till i iron it and i
hoped this would make it softer or more moisturized
but it seemed the same

Gosh  CNK

I 'm really sorry to hear that and i hope your hair is ok. I guess while one hair product works for some it doesn't work for others and can do the opposite cos it moistured my hair real well. LOLxx

 This mist is really good

I started to use the mist on my cornrow before my regular wash as wanted a preconditioned feel.  I washed and treated my hair this am and used as a detangler to take out rows with alot of ease. I oiled my hair with alittle WGHO and used the mist . My hair has now dried naturally and looks FAB. I may used the mist again to give it a mild heat blow dry later.

Ladies you have got to try this mist

Hey Taggi (and all !)

Nice to see you back . I thought you'd gone AWOL Heeeee.

Its so true about the greasy goopy stuff . The Dove mist is light, gives your hair that conditioned feel and you'll have the benefits of using a leave- in conditioner without necessarily having to wash your so often.(which is good for the hair in my view).

No greasy build up a nice natural sheen and your hair will feel gr8 especially after a fews days of usexx

Hi CnK

Im real sure it will help with the dryness. Carry on with your normal conditioning and use the mist daily on dry hair in between your washes. Treat it as your daily hair tonic. I think it deffo does what it says on the bottle !!
