QuoteReplyTopic: Volume Question Posted: March 16 2006 at 1:14pm
I was wondering if anyone had any good products to increase volume in
natural and extension hair. It can be anything, a shampoo, mousse,
cream, anything.
I am going to try to put as much hair in my next install as possible, but I
am hosting a party and I want curls with HUGE CRAZY body to it. I never
really used products in my extensions before. Would it be bad to
hairspray and sorta like tease it at the roots??
Any help would be great!

I use KMS Amp Volume products on the upper half of my hair. These
products don't seem to hurt my extensions at all. I blowdry with a big
round brush right near the tapes, and frequently backcomb and spray this
hair as well. I do this because I still have top layers that are only to the
top of my ears that blend better with more volume, but I could certainly
kick it up a notch or two and have "huge crazy" hair, no problem, without
any fear of damaging my extensions.
Thanks for noticing! Yep, I've got HAIR! Woo Hoo. I was going to have it
cut to my usual length and didn't have the heart to do it. Now I wonder
why I waited so long to have it longer.
I'll post some pics after I've washed it (currently in a dirty ponytail).
Congrats, Amm, on your business! We'll miss shrinkies.net though.
Here's to the end of my BAD HAIR LIFE!
