Well, as of Yesterday, I walked twice, long walks fast. Then I only ate when I was hungry, ate slowly, and stopped after eating my portion controlled size of food. I was still hungry for an hour after supper, but I'm determined to keep off the weight.
Not that I'm overweight. It's just that I want to still fit in my clothes for years to come, including my wedding dress, size 8. I wear a size 7 in hip hugging jeans.
