how do i make hair look like this?

i have no experience whatsoever with male hair, considering i only manage my own hair and im female as female can be lol anywho i recommend blow-drying it for sure, some guys in my school, whom are asian as well, have that kind of hair and from what i can tell, they did not use any other styling tools.  i hope this helps...
