to keep cool i carry water and gatorade drinks with me all the time, wear shorts, fubu sport shirts...and when i'm chillin with friends playin ball i'll hav them throw a bucket of water on my head to cool down.

when i graduated from high school a few years ago...we get together in diff groups and throw water balloons at the juniors, sophmores and freshman and get as many people wet as we could...this is another great way to cool down.

i drink lots of water and i eat soft fruits like berries and lemons, and you will be fine. with the hair products i usually use less, and i will use more water.
