Hello,

I have a stack haircut (my hair is layered high enough - esp. in the back - so that it looks like its curled inward). I have only had this cut for about a month, and I cannot find a good (and fuss-free) way to style it. I currently use a combination of blow-dry styling and curling the ends with a hot-air brush). I also bought one of those tiny round brushes made for short hair, which works well for the short hair at the back of my neck but not for the rest of my hair. What I ultimately want is to create a rounded look. In the past, I've curled it pretty heavily at the ends, partly because that is the only sure thing that I am able to do; every time I try the more rounded look, it ends up simply falling into an almost straight style.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Try a round brush with a larger barrel, maybe an inch and a half to two inches in diameter.  That is what my wife uses and it works great for her.

You may need to use some products as well.  Sometimes the blow out isn't as important as what you use to style it afterward.  What are you using right now?
