QuoteReplyTopic: Helmet wearers please :) Posted: June 11 2006 at 5:13pm
I noticed a post on here awhile back about whether protac holds up when wearing/taking on and off a helmet. Does anyone who wears fusion or microrings wear a helmet? if so, how do the bonds hold up? more importantly, has the helmet pulled any of your extensions out?
Ive bought myself a motorbike :D (to escape the escalating petrol prices).
i ride a harley and wear a helmet. i put on a doo rag first then the helmet, it helps my hair to stay put, no i do not loose any extensions, when i take off my helmet, and doo rag, then i put on a baseball cap so i dont have to mess with my hair, unless i am going out fancy, then i fluff it all up or go in rest room and tease and spray it!

I was the one that posted about the protac and the helmet issue....I always wore fusion and shri***es with my helmet and had no problems with them wearing my helmet. I had one top row of protac in a few weeks ago and it held up just fine for 2 races with my helmet on and off all day. I would say anything will hold up to the helmet!

Like Kathyann, I'm another race chick too.. I've worn a helmet with pinchbraids, sew-in's, and bonded wefts.. no problems with the helmet off and on for several rounds of racing..
