Help me onPlait/bun styles for men

I have thick and long hair up to my waist. Recently i joined a Company which allows men with long hair to wear either buns or plaits. As a rule other styles are restricted for men. I normally wear plaits. But i invite forums suggestion on different plait styles and bun styles with photos .
