Hey!
I have never used the D-Lux hair from Kristins shop before and just recently received mine.
I think I got 613/24, but can't remember exactly, lol, something like that and I don't have it sitting in front of me.
Anyhow, I have never used this hair before, or any from her shop, and was curious what people who have used it thought of it. How does it hold up, stuff like that.
I would really appreciate any input, thanks in advance!
OKee dokee. I just posted this over on hairextensions101 but wanted to let you know I LOVE THIS HAIR!!!
I installed 5/14 mixed with 24/613. Had a pro-tac disaster (as in, it fell out in my first shower), so this is a head-full of fusion using fusion chips from yourhairshop. I love them and the hair is just awesome. . . however I will say that this install took FOREVER!! i.e. about 9 hours. . . whew. . .
For those of you that don't know me I have awful hair:
I too have used D-lux hair on a client and she loved it in the beginninig and then she said she had some problems with it shedding and alot coming out in her brush. She ask that next time i do her hair could i get another brand. I said yes because i just don't want anyone to not be happy or hear them complain. Maybe it was me and didn't do the pretip good enough i don't know but she complained after close to 3 months so i don't really know if she was rough on her hair or what else she did,but when i received it from Kristen it was beautiful hair. Oh well. Her color was 10/16 a perfect match.
I've had the d-lux nail tips in for a little over a week now. It is my first try with fusion since nothing else stays in my hair for very long. So far, so good. The hair is very similar in texture to my own. It's nice so far. I'll keep ya'll updated on it.
Sounds great it's just too bad about customer service. I've tried emailing several times over the past YEAR and haven't heard back.
I thought it was just me, I needed my web address changed, I emailed them about 6 times and no response. i would have loved to try the bohyme hair, but I figured since they hadn't answered my website change, i would definately be stuck out with the hair.
I had excellent service. I sent an e-mail about choosing a color in the morning and had a response that afternoon. When I ordered, it arrived in 3 days. I did mention that I was from the hairboutique message board....

I haven't been on here in what seems like forever. I wanted to see what was new on the boards and I saw this post on our D-LUX. Btw, Fina-Fina your hair looks fabolous! As for the emails, I answer them on a daily basis and never ignore them. I'm sure many of you know I typically return emails in 24 hours which is as fast as I'm capable of. Whether or not you mention you are from the hair board makes no difference to me, every email is important. Many times people have spam blockers that catch my emails, please check your 'junk' or 'bulk' folder. You should find my responses there. Either way I'm sorry to anyone who thought they were being ignored- that is definately not the case. Good news though, we are going to begin taking phone orders here shortly so be on the look out or our new customer service number :)
