What would you call this hair color? (pic inside)

Hi everyone,
I really love Daniel Vosovic's hair and I would love to dye it it this color in a month or two. However, I can't seem to find the color he has--is it some kind of chocolate brown or what? At one point I was thinking it was black-red so I'm not trusting my judgment here.
