I have started a really intense daily outdoor workout class in the early mornings and have been looking for advice for my hair. I have been roller setting it at night in small curls, then I did a couple of things in the morning whe I was working out
1. fine waitress' type hairnet then basebal cap
next day
2. fine net, wig cap, baseball cap
next day - fine net, satin sleep cap, baseball hat
I come home and put rollers back in while I shower, eat and get ready to work to take teh flatness out of them.I know that the baseball cap willbreak my hair wearing it continously unles I protect my hair. Do you think the wig cap is sufficent to protect it under the baseball cap. I guess teh wig cap is a nylon material.
I don't have time to wash and do my hair in the mornings before I have to be at work so I am trying to find the best solution. I cannot just pull my hair back at work because my edes are paper thin & I have been working at growing them. Advice-thanks
