There is no such thing as a best pomade. The only purpose for pomade is for laying down your hair the most popular brands are dax red can murray is very good also the best one ever that gives me a nice shine is sporting waves gold or black can. But pomades doesnt give you waves i use to think so i will admit that but brushing is the key man.

how strong is ur pattern? if ur pattern is not that developed yet, i would hold off on the pomades and stick to moistuizers lik carrot creme.

To spin or not to spin...

In my opinion Dax is the best pomade out thre and I have tried a lot of them. The red and army colored can is the best for holding.

i wud say sportin gold can, cos it helps hold ur waves in position longer, giving u that flat neat look AND its easy 2 wash out. But like jqrs said, pomade dont give u waves fam, they jus there 4 hold

HOLD, just refers to what it does to your hair. it holds it in place thats why they tell you to wear a du-rag for 30 min or overnight to lay your hair down / hold it.
