This might be old news that I missed, but just saw Kim Alexis on an informercial (some exercise stuff) and she had short hair.  It was about chin length and choppy.  Is this new or did I miss this.  Thought she would be one never to go that short.
Oh by the way, thought it looked good.

Just checked it out on Getty. It seems like she's been short since October last year if it's the same one.

       I really hate to say this, b/c Kim is such a great woman, one of the few truly genuine people in entertainment. I was crestfallen enough when she cut her angelic, silken  tailbone locks to shoulder blade length a few years ago. (As a model, why not leave perfection alone?) Now *this*!
     I'm sorry, but I think she now looks so "mature" and "businesslike" with her short coif. This is a rather common short style that takes every day styling time to look decent. It's not an *awful* haircut, but it doesn't look a fraction as beautiful as her hair of recent past. It's so aging on her, IMO.
     I wonder, does Kim *really* think that her short chop looks better, or did someone else convince her that for age or professional reasons, this would be a good idea? In any case, I'd rate this change with my Top Ten worst makeovers ever. She's still uncannily lovely, b/c her face is so striking, but what a disappointment her hair is.  Best, Bob

Maybe she just didn't want to deal with caring for long hair anymore.  From what I hear she is real busy with various businesses and kids and all.  Short hair can make life much easier for a busy woman.
