Well once in a while my hair does this and I have no idea why.. but...
My scalp is dry in most places yet in a random place my roots will be oily and go down about an inch or so. I wash my hair everyday and always have it just randomly does this and its very annoying!
Any tips? even right after I wash it it'll have a oil spot yet dry scalp...
