as in protein treatments. My hair is quite fine and i noticed whenever i used kpak it would thicken up abit....

It made mine thicker and mine is already thick.  Also it's good to use when you are experiencing excessive shedding.  Always good to use a good moisturizing deep conditioning treatment after a protein treatment.

I used the k-pak deep penetrating reconstructor, however i am going to trial the aphogee damaged hair protein treatment and ill let you know how that one goes!

The whole name is Joico K-pak deep penetrating reconstructor. Protein makes your hair appear thicker, but it doesn't in fact make it thicker. K-pak is an exellent protein reconstructor and it has the right molecular weight to be able to penetrate the hair. It is a favorite amongs many stylists and in my opinion aphogee doesn't even come close.

 I think it helps with the apperance of making it look thicker,but does not actualy make it thicker. You should try NEXXUS DIAMETRESS shampoo. (you can get it at cvs,wal-mart,and rite aid now not just at salons)
It is a hair thickening shampoo meant for people like you (and me!).
I love this shampoo it makes my hair very bouncy  and full.
