how do i tell the hairstylist in singapore i wanna cut like this =)

other than  printing the picture out..

you could try and find a similar picture in a magazine and take it to show them.

Choppy with loys of layers so you can spike it out and create lots of volume. Take the pic as well. Also, remember those girls have used a lot of wax and hold products to style their hair.
