wearin durag question

i got a haircut today and i asked my barber about my hair flattening after a couple of days and my hair straightens. he said that i dont need to wear a durag because i already have waves and that worked for him when he had waves. is that right and if not, what do i have to do from keeping my waves from straightening out when i wear a durag (i have a low cut)

What a barber... Ok if you want to have your wave look for a long time before the next cut.. i advised you to wear a du-rag,or wave cap, or stockings on your hair or all 3 for that extra lay down.... Because if not,your hair is going to pull up.. Then you may be brushin for a while to get your back to how it was.. And your hair may be straighten out because as 3-6-0 be sayin.. Your INGRAIN aint strong enough.. So thats how you know you still got work to do... Keep that brush in your hand.. And say i know i can lol

yeh jus use pink oil n pomade do u  first put pink oil den poamde
