it can sting if you buy it in to high of a concentration when i buy it i make sure it has other oils in it or other properites so that it is diluted down a bit
I bought mine in WalMart (it was on the bottom of vitamin shelf) - "Tea tree oil" 100% pure australian. Or you can, probably, find it in some healthy food stores.

Stupid question-where can I get tea tree oil? I've seen many products that include this ingredient, but where can I purchase the extract? Thanks for the tip.

I'm looking for an effective spot treatment for blemishes. I recently started using Neutrogena's spot treatment because I usually like their products. It's okay, but not the fast effectiveness I am looking for. I don't breakout often, but when I do it's usually a large blemish that requires fast attention. Suggestions?
