Is  there  anyone who does protac extensions  in New Zealand my mum stays out there for 4 months from dec to apr and will need some help with her hair, I do them here in the uk, I will be able to supply the hair wefts already cut and with protac on, she would need them installed and blended. Please let me know cost and location etc Thanks
