I had to pretip some Bohyme wefted hair for a girl the other day. It wasn't the handtied kind, just the regular machine weft. It was M#10/16, and I should have ordered the piano colors that look like chunky highlights, that way I could have some strands that were only the color #10, and some that were only #16. Anyways, I found that when they combine these colors on the weft, there's actually two smaller machine wefts sewn one on top of the other into one weft. If you take some small scissors and cut right down the middle of the larger weft, you can rip the two different colored smaller wefts apart, and end up with one color on one weft, and the other color on the other weft. It was much easier then to do the color blends that I wanted.

Yeah, I used to do that when i wanted thinner tracks (i.e. wefts) or i wanted to stretch the hair out. Works really great!
